The Image Works expands with a new, growing, contemporary collection

Radiotherapy SNOEZELEN & ALZHEIMER

The Image Works (theimageworks.com) editorial stock photography agency has announced the addition of contemporary health, medical and scientific imagery to their archive from the photo agency Phanie. Founded in 1991, Phanie is a leading agency with a collection that includes lifespan and milestone images from birth through elder care; mental health, rehabilitation and wellness; science and medical illustrations; doctors, specialists, and paramedical professionals and pictures produced by scientific imaging. This type of imagery can sometimes be difficult to find. The Image Works is very happy to be able to include this collection in their archive.

Most of Phanie’s images are produced by their own team of photographers. Through the close contacts their photographers have built through many years with health professionals, Phanie offers high quality and diverse contemporary reportage imagery in health-related topics. Nearly everything pertaining to health can be found in this growing collection at The Image Works.

The Image Works is an independent editorial stock photography agency in Woodstock, NY. They have unified numerous photographers and specialized collections from around the world into one impressive archive. Their images come from different sources: top notch photojournalists, a network of affiliated agencies, unique collections, museums, and newspapers. Spanning both historical and contemporary material, the result is an incredibly diverse yet focused collection of over 1.8 million images online and access to over 45 million images.
